Rabbit Hill Wedding | Shayne + Kelsey
What a lovely wedding season I have been having! This wedding took place in one of my bucket list locations for a wedding – Rabbit Hill Tea House. The first time I saw it, I couldn’t help but think oh do a wedding here? How lovely would that be. Then Kelsey contacted me and said her wedding was going to be there, was I available? For sure I was! Kelsey had put so many personal, handcrafted touches into hers and Shayne’s wedding day. Everything was oh so lovely and it truly was a photographer’s paradise.
I have to give a special thanks to my Uncle Gord and Auntie Lois. Kelsey and Shayne wanted to take some of their photos with the old buildings on their yard and they welcomed us with open arms. In the evening the reception was held at Kelsey’s parents yard. Kelsey and Shayne (and friends and family) had set up a section of their yard that was beyond beautiful with tables that were filled with personal touches, old tree branches with lights hung off them. The drinks were all these different drink dispensers (where she found them all I’ll never know). A cake from a friend that was a show stopper in it’s simplicity and beauty. Incidentally it tasted quite wonderful as well! And it was her first wedding cake – one wouldn’t have guessed that! Friends and family spoke their love of the couple. And one couldn’t ask for a more beautiful Saskatchewan evening for it all to take place.
Thank you Kelsey And Shayne for allowing me to document your wedding day!
